Management Team

Mr. Gupta is a co-founder and the Chief Financial Officer of SilverStreet Partners, and Senior Vice President and co-founder of First Guardian Group. He has been directly involved in the development, selection, and management of over $450 million of retail, commercial, multifamily, and healthcare properties. His focus is on transaction structuring and financing, strategic planning, investor reporting, asset and portfolio management, and investment selection and dispositions. Mr. Gupta has extensive experience managing investment funds on behalf of individuals and institutions, and was responsible for developing numerous banking and financing relationships resulting in over $1 billion of co-investment in his firms' portfolio assets. Mr. Gupta holds an MBA from the University of Santa Clara and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delhi.

Mr. Getty is a co-founder of SilverStreet Partners and President and co-founder of First Guardian Group. Mr. Getty has been directly involved in the development, selection, and management of over $450 million of retail, commercial, multifamily, and healthcare office properties. His focus is on strategic planning, marketing, investment selection and disposition, transaction structuring and financing. His track record includes participation in IPOs and successful M&A activity that have resulted in investor returns of over $700 million. Mr. Getty is a licensed real estate broker in the State of California and holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Michigan, graduating with honors, and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from Wayne State University.

Mr. Gibbons is a co-founder and the Chief Operating Officer of SilverStreet Partners. For the past 30 years, he has been responsible for the development and/or construction of over one hundred projects at Barry Swenson Builder, totaling $500 million+ in value, with an excellent record of on-time and within-budget completion. He is licensed as a General Contractor and has developed expertise in historical rehabilitation/repositioning and new construction of commercial, industrial, residential, retail, and medical facilities. Mr. Gibbons graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a dual degree in Construction and Architectural Engineering.

Mr. Ryan is a co-founder of SilverStreet Partners and has over 30 years of experience in real estate, including managing land acquisitions, lease and contract negotiations, financing, liaison with governmental agencies, and construction contracting. While at Barry Swenson Builders, he directed over 5 million sq ft of construction and development projects, including office, research and development, industrial, and warehousing construction. Mr. Ryan is a graduate of the University of Southern California.
